SF Dog Walkers
Brooklyn
Hi, I'm Brooklyn! As a recent Zoology graduate, my love and passion for animals runs deep. I make it my mission to spend as much time as possible with animals, and I'm honored to spend that time with your pups in the city. I've worked with all kinds of animals, but dogs will always be special to me. I adore each and every one's personality and quirks. Every walk brightens my day. There is no better way to explore beautiful San Francisco as a new resident than by combining my love for animals and adventures!
Brynn
Hello, I’m Brynn. I have been walking dogs since I was a teenager helping my Mom with her dog walking business. Dogs for me are family. You can trust that when your dog is with me I treat them like they are my own. I strive to make our walk the highlight of their day…I feel very fortunate because walking dogs is the highlight of mine.
Dayve
My motto is, “Dogs are my favorite people.” Since I was a teenager, I was the go-to guy for dog care in the neighborhood and at church when folks were on vacation. I’ve had classes with the SPCA focused on requirements for participating as a volunteer dog walker, which I did for a few years before joining Blue Dog in 2018. I’ve been with Blue Dog for over five years. I love pampering the dogs and give each one special individual attention. I have worked with a number of difficult dogs, giving them incentives and training approved by their pawrents, often discussing their needs and habits, resulting in positive outcomes. “What would we do without dogs?”

Alondra
Hey, I'm Alondra! I absolutely love being part of the Blue Dog team because it gives me the perfect opportunity to spend my days outdoors in the best possible company. I’m a proud dog mom to Indy, a Border Collie, and Gaia, a mixed breed—both of whom moved with me all the way from Mexico! In my free time, I love exploring San Francisco and discovering new hiking spots. I can’t wait to meet your pups and explore the city together!
Laurenne
Hi! I’m Laurenne, an animal lover with a soft spot for dogs of all ages and personalities. I recently said goodbye to my senior dog, who was my best friend for many years. Caring for him taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of making every walk, meal, and cuddle count.
Outside of caring for animals, I’m also a ceramic artist and a DJ, and I genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors, meeting new people, and creating positive experiences for both pets and their families. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member!
Veronica
Hello! My name is Veronica (they/them) and I'm super excited to walk your dog! I've had dogs for pretty much my whole life and I love getting to know new dogs and their quirks. Dog walking is great way for me to get some doggy-time in (since I only have a cat right now) and to get outside and explore the city. I'm from San Francisco and an ideal day to me is one where I get to be outside for most of it. Growing up, I was a go-to pet-sitter/dog walker for people in my neighborhood. I do my best to make every visit and walk as enjoyable for the pups as possible.

Darren
Salutations! I’m Darren, a writer and local walkabout. Me and dogs have one thing in common. Actually, we have several things in common, but what I was going to say was that we both love taking walks in the city. (The other things include, but are not limited to: appreciation for treats, and barking at strangers who walk past my house.) Anyway, I’ve been an animal lover my whole life, ever since I was four, and I inexplicably blew out the fire my dad had just lit for the family BBQ, hid under the dining room table, and proceeded to blame it on my dog, Zeke. Zeke really came through for me that day. And I’ve been indebted to dog-kind ever since.
Maggie
Hi, I’m Maggie! I’ve been a dog person for as long as I can remember and grew up with a Portuguese Water Dog named Daisy, who lived to be 16. I’ve also been pet sitting and dog walking for friends, neighbors, and clients for well over a decade. I love getting to know each dog’s personality, building trust with them over time, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for on every walk. Whether a pup is energetic, shy, goofy, or happiest sticking to a routine, I take pride in giving them thoughtful, reliable care. I also love getting outside and experiencing San Francisco through the eyes of its dogs. I’m so happy to be part of the Blue Dog team and spend my days with such excellent company.
Teralei
Hi, I'm Teralei! I’ve always been loud about the love I have for dogs, so I was the person friends and neighbors called when they needed their fur babies looked after. I also grew up around all types of dogs ranging from chihuahuas to pitbulls. My apartment doesn't allow dogs at the moment, so I have cats holding down the fort at home, and I get my dog time out on the sidewalks instead. I moved to San Francisco from Salt Lake City this summer and I'm excited to start a new adventure here. When I'm not walking, I'm usually reading, or out on my motorcycle. I can't wait to meet your pups and get to know the city through them!
Lindsey
My name is Lindsey, and I recently moved from New York City to San Francisco — two of the best cities in the world, if you ask me. I’ve always loved dogs and I’ve always loved cities, so dog walking is the perfect combination of both. There’s something special about spending the day outdoors with amazing dogs while getting to experience the energy, charm, and personality of a great city.
I love that every dog is different, and I really enjoy getting to know each one’s unique personality, routines, and quirks. Being able to care for dogs, make their days better, and build trust with both them and their people is incredibly rewarding to me. I’m so happy to be in San Francisco and excited to spend my time with some wonderful dogs here.
Thom
Hey there, I'm Thom! I'm an artist and performer with a lifelong love for animals. As a somewhat recent transplant from Nashville, Tennessee, I have a passion for walking through San Francisco's beautiful and vibrant streets and parks. One of my favorite benefits of traveling on foot is meeting so many different types of wonderful dogs, and I hope to continue meeting many more as a walker for Blue Dog!

Erik
Hi! My name is Erik and I've always loved nature and animals. I have been working as a zookeeper and educator since graduating from SJSU in 2017, but recently started dog walking too. I have grown up with and around dogs for most of my life.
Jules
Hi, I’m Jules! (they/them) I’ve always loved animals of all kinds, and used to walk dogs at the SF SPCA. I’m a graduate student now and was drawn to become a walker with Blue Dog to be able to spend more of my days walking and meeting pups in the city when I am not studying. I am a pet owner myself of 2 cats and strive to give the same care and attention to your pet as I would mine!
Ewa
As a dog mom to my now 4-year-old Lab, whom I’ve raised since puppyhood, I’ve learned just how much dogs shape our lives. They ground us, energize us, and make every day brighter. My friends call me the fun, go-to “dog auntie” because I’m always happiest when I’m surrounded by wagging tails and furry chaos.
That love is what inspired me to start walking dogs: to give back some of the same care, consistency, and heart that these amazing companions give us. I truly believe dogs make people better, and better people make the world better. Helping a few four-legged joy machines live their best lives (and giving their humans a little peace of mind along the way) feels like the perfect way to spend my days.
Sarai
Hello I’m Sarai! I love dogs so much, I have one of my own, so naturally dog walking was a no brainer!

The Management Team
Brian, Owner & Founder
I decided to start Blue Dog in February of 2010 after searching high and low for a walker for my pup, Blue. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, I decided to start my own company! Outside of work, you can find me skiing or just adventuring with Blue!
Rebekah, General Manager
My family had dogs while I was growing up, and I've always loved animals of all kinds. But sadly, I've been unable to get my own pet since I've been in San Francisco. I love the city, love animals, and love being outside, so I'm really excited to work with all the pups at Blue Dog!
Anita, Assistant Manager
Hi, I'm Anita! I have always appreciated animals and nature, and I've been exploring the city through long walks since I moved here in 2003. I am happy to be part of the team at Blue Dog and look forward to going on more walking adventures with new furry friends.
As the lucky pet parent of a fussy senior cat and an active young dog, I find it especially rewarding to get to know each pet's personality and needs. I strive to extend compassionate care to all pets as if they were my own.
