Dog Walker – Part-Time (W-2 Employee) — $20/hr
Blue Dog SF is hiring a friendly, reliable dog lover for part-time weekday walks. We offer small groups (1–3 dogs), no driving, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Walkers stay in the same neighborhoods each day and are paid hourly for their whole shift, not per walk.
Most walkers work 15–25 hours per week.
Compensation: $20/hr (W-2), paid sick time, hourly pay during your entire shift.
Schedule: Weekdays between 10am–4pm.

What You’ll Do
Walk dogs safely in small groups (1–3 dogs)
Follow client instructions and daily notes
Send quick updates through our system
Navigate hills, stairs, and all weather conditions
Provide reliable, on-time service every day
What We’re Looking For
Loves dogs and enjoys walking
Comfortable walking 1–3 dogs at once
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to walk several miles per day (hills and stairs included)
Has a smartphone with a data plan
Available Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm
Can commit to a consistent weekly schedule (15–25 hrs/week)
Passes a background check
